Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and selected items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

🔄 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
